We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Clean-Up Crew Member to maintain cleanliness and safety at construction sites. Join us to gain valuable skills, work alongside a supportive team, and contribute to preparing sites for the next construction phase or client handover.

Key Responsibilities

Site Clean-Up: Remove debris, trash, and construction materials efficiently.
Surface Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and clean floors, walls, and other surfaces thoroughly.
Material Handling: Dispose of waste and recyclables following local regulations.
Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in clean-up.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and report hazards to supervisors.
Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly and work well with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction clean-up or related fields preferred but not required.
Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail for thorough cleaning and organizing.
Basic knowledge of safety practices on construction sites.
Dependable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
Good communication skills to understand and follow instructions.
Must be able to lift, pull, push 50lbs or more
